Top Chef Season 5 starts tonight. I'll be rooting for self-taught chef Gene who's from Hawaii. His favorite simple recipe for summer: "Ahi tuna, green onions, ginger, garlic, cilantro, bonito and hot peanut oil." And who could not root for that dookie chain?
